Why Face Yoga?

This practice is very effective and an important add on to your daily (Yoga) routine. It’s easy to learn and gives you an immediate wow! feeling.

Many people do a lot of training or exercise for the body, but they don’t spend so much attention to their face- which needs the same treatment….
We can’t tell our faces to relax because the facial expressions including the different fascial tensions are so learned and in the moment we wake up, they are there.
The feeling of discomfort in the muscles of the face- especially jaw and also neck can lead to chronic pain that affects not only your appearance but overall well-being.

That’s why we offer face Yoga:
To show you step by step, how to relax your fascial tissue, drain the lymph fluid, activate the blood circulation and reduce puffiness, wrinkles and energetic knots.
This class is a very overall relaxing session. We start with some breathing and warm up exercises for the shoulders and neck area. Then we provide you with different massage stones that we use together with facial serum and spray on the face. After this we also use the hands to massage and activate the circulation of the fascial tissues. The practice is easy to remember so after one or two lessons, you will be able to do this at home, if you like to include this in your daily routine (in a shorter version).
This is followed by a very relaxing Savassana from which you will get up with a nice smile and glow in your face.

If your face is relaxed- the whole organism is relaxed 🙂
